firewall故障

突然就打不开了，显示如下：

MMC could not create the snap-in.
MMC cannot create the snap-in because of current user policies.
Name:Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security

删注册表，更新系统，修复都没用。

后来灵机一动，想到这个，第三方的firewall app, 结果还真是，restrict access, 不知道改了什么。
